What is life coaching?

Coaching focuses on the present and future and supports you to make positive change through reflective dialogue. 

Coaching conversations give you space to think, gain fresh perspectives, and move towards what matters most to you. It can be transformative, cultivating deep and lasting shifts.  Often, small incremental changes can have big impacts.

As your coach, I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, I work alongside you to help you think more clearly, build self-awareness, uncover your own insights, and find ways forward that feel right and sustainable for you.

Coaching conversations might feel a bit different to the kind of conversations you are used to having. Often in life people listen to answer, in coaching we listen to support your growth.

I facilitate conversations to support new thinking and awareness, to help you to get from where you are to where you want to be. I use incisive questioning and deep listening skills to give you space to think and to find your own new insights.
